Nature of donations
- Donations are voluntary contributions to support the ongoing operation of AskdwinAI.
- Unless you expressly promise a product or membership benefit, donations should not be described as a purchase of goods or guaranteed service levels.
Payments and refunds
- Card donations are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider.
- Define your refund handling for mistaken or duplicate donations and publish the final contact path.
Fraud, tax, and records
- You may reject, reverse, or review donations where fraud, abuse, sanctions, or legal issues are suspected.
- If you issue receipts or donation confirmations, state the exact conditions and tax treatment.
- Keep internal records aligned with your accounting, tax, and anti-fraud obligations.
